THE MISSION
I want the people that use my app to be able to reduce the effects of stress, depression, loneliness and anxiety in their everyday lives. Both being active and listening to calming music lead to a healthier lifestyle. The CDC says that Physical Activity is "excellent for brain health", and John Hopkins Medicine says that "listening to music can reduce anxiety, and improve your mood". Imagine the benefits if we combined both of these together; that's what Mindful Music does! Users can expect to be able to keep track of their minutes spent doing each activity daily and play music simultaneously. You can also layer sounds, so that you can customize a sound!
